Patrick is a writer and director with a background as an editor of films, TV, commercials, and music videos. He has worked for directors that include Jonathan Glazer, Tom Hooper, Derek Cianfrance, Emmanuel Lubezki and Matthew Vaughn.

His first short film Ostrich won Best Shorts of the Year on Film Shortage, received a Vimeo Staff Pick and he was nominated as Best New Director at the 1.4 Film Awards.

Covid political thriller This Fortress Built by Nature was released in 2020, where it was featured by Film Shortage, Think Shorts, and the Link Film Festival. It was followed by WWI drama A Long Way Home, released in partnership with charity groups Royal British Legion and War Child.

Patrick loves fast, smart dialogue, mutinous characters, broody cinematography and propulsive editing - the more political conspiracy, the better.
